I love dress shoes and dress socks. I have been attracted to them since I child. I always look at what a guy has on his feet first. I am also a celebrity shoe whore. I'm always excited when I see any male celebrity with great shoes on. GQ and Esquire always fill this addiction. Anyone else out there have this fetish for male celebrities and dress shoes?

um R2, whom I assume is also OP, you cannot make a statistically significant correlation in data where respondents are allowed to self select. Please return to graduate school and take at least one course in survey research methods and learn to correlate your regression analysis before you facilitate the placement of bogus information into the public sphere.

by Anonymous | reply 13 | April 25, 2010 10:17 PM |
Today, just for poops and hoogies, I looked up the phrase, "darn tootin" online. I'd heard it and wanted to know its origin and meaning. Apparently it's an equivalent of "of course," but someone explained to an ESL student that it should only be used in rural bumpkinesque settings. An example would be, "Rusty... you gohn fuck ye little brother in the aiss this aifternoon?" "You're darn tootin."
Isn't that fascinating? It's a shame no one's started a thread about it.
And while we're at it, I have another question: Is datalounge's first syllable pronounced like "date" or "dat"?
And no, I'm not ignoring the current thread. For the record, I think dress shoes are ugly and I'm not effeminate.

by Anonymous | reply 15 | April 25, 2010 11:08 PM |
Dress shoes and socks are a must. Nothing beats having a sexy guy come home and slipping off his shoes and then sticking your nose inside of them and getting a good whiff. Followed by a nice good fuck, with his socks on, so I can smell his feet while I suck every inch of his body.
Dress shoes with no socks is gross. You want to feet to be a little damp, not outright stink.

And eventually he went with the conservative choice, the brown loafers.
Personally, I would have opted for the soft black option, which is much more chicly understated and trendier. But then it wouldn't have gone too well with what Mr Neff was wearing (Ferragamo, in case you're wondering):

"Dress" slip-on's should be banned. As far as I'm concerned, if you wear these (tassled loafers, etc.), you've no real sense of 'style,' or you're lazy, or you aint got no class.

I've had an incredibly strong dress shoe/ sock fetish as long as I can remember. I'm embarrassed to admit that I've dated specific guys because of it. For me there is nothing more sexy than a decent looking guy in a great suit with nice SOCKS and shoes. Just before covid hit, I was fixed up on a blind date with a stunning younger banker from UBS in New York. Not only was he charming, well traveled and intelligent, he had come straight from the office in his dark suit. I was in heaven.
I couldn't help but stare at his black well-broken in double monk strap shoes and his houndstooth socks. They promised great opportunity for later in the evening and I was really turned on. We drank a lot at dinner and he asked me to come up for one more when I walked him home. The little whore was on me in a flash. I waited as long as I could and then I moved down for my dessert. I gently eased off his shoe and inhaled deeply from his lovely arch.
There was nothing. I think the guy was actually dead. I was so disappointed. It was all I could do to fuck him and leave. Thank goodness covid hit the next week. I've used that as my excuse for not meeting again.
by Anonymous | reply 198 | November 4, 2020 2:28 PM |
I'm an alpha top who has always had a fetish for dress shoes and socks, and nice feet, which is not to say that I'm not also turned on by casual or even athletic gear. I'm not particularly into celebrities, though, but more just cute, normal guys that that I see or interact with in daily life. I love fucking a guy while his socks and feet are in my face. You'd be surprised by the number of guys who have never had their feet played with, and who go crazy the first time they feel it. Some of my youngest memories were of feet/socks.

Do dapper men really have smelly feet? A lot of the foot fetish sites have the same theme: a professional man dressed in a suit and tie with silky socks and leather shoes, sitting in his office, tells his “foot slave” to rub, smell and lick his feet, and there is always a comment from either men as to how the top’s feet are sweaty and smelly. I’ve never understood this. Would such a man really have strong foot odor if he presumably showered shortly before coming into work, and put on a fresh pair of high quality socks and shoes, and has done nothing but sit at his desk in a climate-controlled office, which would not result in him getting sweaty?
