I think it’s lovely. My only complaint is that the lot is much too small for a house that size. It needs to be on a 2 acre lot or larger.

The house looks like a McMansion to me on the exterior. And isnt much different on the inside. It does at least have some colours, even if they arent very nice.

Oddly designed. That weird banquette dining area was clunky and ugly. It's all very middle class suburban...not really any attempt made for it to be a luxury property.

And, that stager needs to be taken out and shot at dawn. That's NOT how you stage a multi-million dollar home.

This house is pretty standard for an Aspen "renovation". The 1989 still shows no matter how much money you sink into it.

I don't understand banquette seating like that. The poor people trapped inside inconvenience everyone else if they need to get up. Is the object to have them drop and crawl under the table?
