Jeanine Pirro fails again: DC jury finds protester not guilty of assaulting FBI agent in case she can’t stop losing on
Donald Trump’s top prosecutor in Washington, D.C., was dealt another blow after a jury acquitted a woman accused of assaulting an FBI agent during a protest against immigration officials.
Federal prosecutors in the office of U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro failed to persuade three different grand juries to indict Sydney Reid on felony charges this summer. They could not get a jury to agree to any of the charges against her until reducing the case to a single, lesser misdemeanor charge.
After a brief trial and less than two hours of deliberation, jurors returned a not guilty verdict Thursday. In a brief statement shared with The Independent, Pirro said “the jury has spoken and we accept their decision.”

I don’t think she’s prosecuting these people because she thinks they’ve broken the law. I think she’s prosecuting them because Trump wants them prosecuted, just like that Barbie Doll who is prosecuting Letitia James.

Great use of taxpayer money, prosecuting a misdemeanor

As if Americans will hear about this. They think she’s the new Judge Judy, a no-nonsense prosecutor.

Trump and his minions are clearly not even overly worried about winning cases. The legal process itself has been weaponized to punish and intimidate: tying the Dear Leader’s opponents up in court for months, with the threat of jail over their heads is the entire objective. And the Republicans are fine with this.
Of course, any future Democrat candidate who responds in kind, will be universally condemned. What a country!

At first I thought OP's title said "Janine Pirro FALLS Again." Yes, I need reading glasses but in my defense it wouldn't be unexpected if she was falling down....drunk.
