I give to you, a $10 million “teardown”!
Very nice.
Double ovens, too.

Lovely gardens and pool, but the house itself is.... underwhelming. I couldnt tear it down as it is in great condition, it just seems like a colossal waste to do so, but damn that interior is dreary and uninteresting. The house itself is not offensively ugly enough to be levelled. The one next door looks nice though

Location, location, location. Almost half an acre in the flats of BH. It will likely become a Persian Palace.

Yeah just about the most unremarkable 10 million dollar house I’ve ever seen. Like to see it during the 50s-60s in its heyday. Bet it was a much cooler vibe.

Right near the western border of Norma Triangle in West Hollywood. Walking distance or a very quick rideshare to The Abbey and other bars along Santa Monica Boulevard.

$10 million for that? And it's in the flats too. I wouldn't give you 10 big ones for 10 just like it.

Prices are insane. Doubled in 5 years. LA used to be a cheaper alternative to NYC. Now it’s the same price but you need a car and live in pseudo suburbia.

not much house for the price and the location but its perfectly pleasant.

I could be perfectly happy in that house.

Eh. It's a California mid-century that for some reason the stagers have mistaken for Frasier's apartment. Nothing that can't be fixed with appropriate paint and furnishings.
