Crown Prince Christian of Denmark Turns 20

He's becoming a very handsome man.

The full set of photos released by the Royal House of Denmark at the link below.

He's better looking than his (distant) British cousins William and Harry.

Once he stopped parting his hair in the middle and dropped the baby fat, he turned out to be the best looking heir in Europe.

by Anonymousreply 2October 15, 2025 8:10 PM

The royalty worship at DL is a big turnoff.

by Anonymousreply 3October 15, 2025 8:25 PM

Has he been rear-ended yet?

by Anonymousreply 4October 15, 2025 8:27 PM

Dick pic?

by Anonymousreply 5October 15, 2025 8:58 PM

No comparison to his father in his prime.

Or now.

by Anonymousreply 6October 15, 2025 9:08 PM

R3's drooping ass at DL is a huge (literally) turnoff.

by Anonymousreply 7October 15, 2025 9:11 PM

He’s very basic looking.

by Anonymousreply 8October 15, 2025 9:12 PM

He's either slathered on more foundation and concealer than used on a Wednesday night drag show, or he's applied the Kari Lake Lightroom preset to those photos.

by Anonymousreply 9October 15, 2025 9:27 PM

Back off, bitches. He’s mine.

by Anonymousreply 10October 15, 2025 9:29 PM

He's got his mum's pre-rhinoplasty nose and small, beady eyes. No, mange tak.

by Anonymousreply 11October 15, 2025 9:45 PM

As always with these threads judging someone's appearance, I assume that the more negative the commentary, the uglier the poster.

by Anonymousreply 12October 15, 2025 10:21 PM

Frederick, Christian, Frederick, Christian—the Danes need to to expand their royal name repertory.

by Anonymousreply 13October 15, 2025 10:43 PM

[quote]He’s very basic looking.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with basic, normal, white men. He's attractive and seems to be growing into his looks. He's still very young.

Not every attractive man has to be from Tonga with face tattoos.

The rest of us here desperately care about what does and does not appeal to you personally, Anonymous.

[quote] Frederick, Christian, Frederick, Christian—the Danes need to to expand their royal name repertory.

Is Margrethe not different enough for you?

by Anonymousreply 16October 15, 2025 10:55 PM

[quote] There's absolutely nothing wrong with basic, normal, white men.

They don’t warrant a thread.

by Anonymousreply 17October 15, 2025 11:06 PM

Next time a male in the direct line should be named "Christian," they should surprise everyone by naming him instead "Muslim."

by Anonymousreply 18October 15, 2025 11:12 PM

Now that's a very attractive lad.

by Anonymousreply 19October 15, 2025 11:15 PM

R16 When Margrethe was born only males could inherit the throne. This was subsequently changed. I wonder what they would have named her otherwise? Frederika? Christine?

by Anonymousreply 20October 15, 2025 11:27 PM

Well, she was Queen Margrethe II, so clearly there was precedent for another queen since there has to have been a Queen Margrethe I.

by Anonymousreply 21October 15, 2025 11:29 PM

I'd just be happy to see another Sweyn or Cnut in the mix.

by Anonymousreply 22October 15, 2025 11:38 PM

Verificatia?

by Anonymousreply 23October 15, 2025 11:41 PM

The first thing I think when I look at him is "clean, very very clean". I like that in a man.

Yes, R21, however as I said, when Margrethe was born there was only male line inheritance - or male line primogeniture if you want the proper term.

Margrethe I reigned 600 years earlier so quite a lot could have changed in the interim.

by Anonymousreply 26October 15, 2025 11:44 PM

[quote] Verificatia?

Of what?

by Anonymousreply 27October 15, 2025 11:44 PM

Oh please. If this generic white bread wasn’t a prince, y’all wouldn’t even look twice.

by Anonymousreply 28October 15, 2025 11:48 PM

size-meat, r27. Are you new here?

by Anonymousreply 29October 15, 2025 11:50 PM

We're sure you're much prettier, r28.

by Anonymousreply 30October 15, 2025 11:54 PM

It has been suggested that the laws regarding succession to the Danish crown were changed once it became apparent that Queen Ingrid - Margrethe's mother - wouldn't be having any more children after three girls.

The heir at the time was King Frederik's brother Knud who had two sons of his own however possibly as a result of generations of inbreeding poor Knud and his children got a big bash with the ugly stick and were rumoured to be mentally defective. Hey presto! The succession laws were changed and Frederik's daughter Margrethe, quite intelligent and not hideously ugly was the new heir.

Here's a pic of Knud's eldest son.

He should go to Greenland to marry a nice, sturdy Greenlandic Eskimo girl.

by Anonymousreply 32October 15, 2025 11:57 PM

Inuit!

by Anonymousreply 33October 16, 2025 12:05 AM

Is he one of them homesexuals ah’ve been reading about in the Enquirer? My friend Louise - she’s in my Wednesday morning Bible study group - and she’s been to Europe, and she says Europe is full of these homesexuals. No wonder Trump don’t want to stop Putin from clearing out that place.

by Anonymousreply 34October 16, 2025 12:05 AM

To be ugly at 20 with his genes and money would be an accomplishment. Likely downhill from here.

by Anonymousreply 35October 16, 2025 1:18 AM

He looked fat just a couple of years ago.

by Anonymousreply 36October 16, 2025 1:20 AM

[quote]They don’t warrant a thread.

Oh, the Hall Monitor has arrived.

by Anonymousreply 37October 16, 2025 1:48 AM

R1, Prince William was a knockout at 20. Spitting image of his mother.

by Anonymousreply 38October 16, 2025 2:11 AM

Princess Elisabeth of Denmark - not especially attractive.

Post your photo so we can see what a real stunner looks like.

Go on.

by Anonymousreply 40October 16, 2025 11:49 AM

Could you be more ignorant, R32?

by Anonymousreply 41October 16, 2025 11:51 AM

Sidenote: King Charles should have arranged long ago for his halfwit son Harry to marry that chubby Crown Princess Catharina Amalia of the Netherlands. It would have made Harry a Prince Consort like Prince Philip and made him feel important in a high ranking position. Not as high ranking as his brother but more than a "spare" and it certainly would have avoided the poor marital choice that butt hurt Harry the spare made.

by Anonymousreply 42October 16, 2025 12:31 PM

R42, if not the Crown Princess of the Netherlands, then he could have married Princess Madeline of Sweden (though she married a Brit-American). She's rather pretty.

by Anonymousreply 43October 16, 2025 12:34 PM

R42, he asked, but they didn't want him.

by Anonymousreply 44October 16, 2025 12:42 PM

Former Fatty fixed

by Anonymousreply 45October 16, 2025 12:45 PM

R35 the Danish Royal Family is cash poor; they live on their taxpayers forced generosity. None of the Scandinavian Royals have ever had much generational wealth.

by Anonymousreply 46October 16, 2025 12:56 PM

R26 a ten second Google reveals she had a unique title as Danish monarch. She ledthe union of Denmark and Norway, and she was at the same time the consort of Sweden. Technically she was never specifically queen regnant, though she had the equivalent power. She ruled at a time of great machinations among the three Scandinavian kingdoms.

by Anonymousreply 47October 16, 2025 12:58 PM

R46, unlike the Dutch royal family, who are reportedly very wealthy.

by Anonymousreply 48October 16, 2025 1:07 PM

For the longest time I was worried that he would out looking like his paternal grandfather, Prince Henrik.

The transformation is lovely.

Their investments shell out so much cash it’s like oil gushing from a well.

by Anonymousreply 50October 16, 2025 1:10 PM

Henrik was a real pissant—very jealous of his wife’s status.

by Anonymousreply 51October 16, 2025 1:11 PM

Henrik was not bad looking in his prime though. Kinda average but not the bloated troll he eventually became.

by Anonymousreply 52October 16, 2025 1:19 PM

"turn out"

by Anonymousreply 53October 16, 2025 1:23 PM

I thought that was Tim Curry, r39.

by Anonymousreply 54October 16, 2025 4:22 PM

Oh you are clever R47! You must feel very happy with yourself.
