What he described is not bullying; these are serious felony crimes. A gun being held to his head was aggravated assault, and being hog-tied and dumped in a field would be classified as aggravated assault and kidnapping. He says he was a kid when this happened, so he's implying that other kids, or perhaps older kids, had access to a gun and carried out these crimes. I can't imagine anyone going through that and not reporting it to the police.
It's strange that he describes what happened as 'bullying' when he was actually the victim of serious criminal offenses.
