DEFINITELY JLo. She probably photographs her bowel movements, thinks they are works of art and calls the domestic help in to comment on their form, consistency and smell.

I'd also say Ariana Grande. The amount of plastic surgery this one has had is astounding and the calculated way she always holds her head up in a certain angle for pictures, along with her carefully controlled facial expressions...she definitely clocks in at the upper end of the vanity chart.

Another vote for Nicole Kidman. She had an enormous amount of plastic surgery at a relatively young age and is still playing the mother of young children.

Speaking of Michael Jackson, I think Ariana Grande has some weird form of body dysmorphia, r16. Calling her vain doesn't feel accurate when she clearly has some type of mental health issue. She's 85 pounds and had tons of plastic surgery in her 20s. Seems like she's crazy and not vain.

Is it vanity or insecurity? A lot of actors who try to rearrrange things so they look good sound more insecure than vain. I get called vain all the time but i care about how i look as i feel i can scrub up great and fake it but i dont believe im naturally very handsome without a good effort. Its insecurity. I read the brilliant Danny Devito is very vain...and he certainly doesnt mind being naked on Its always sunny in philadelphia, which is a show i Love.

Diana Ross. That ratty, wild, long-haired wig never looked good on her since she started wearing it regularly 45 years ago. At 81, walking around with that wild bush doesn't do her any favors.

She looked so much better in the 70s, with her elegant sleek look (especially on the 'diana' cover in 1980, where she posed with her real hair, first time in years). The sleek look brought focus to her elegant facial features.
