I met Marsha Mason at an event a few years ago. Lovely nice lady but damn did she get obese.

Love these gritty 70s movies! Possibly Marsha's best screen performance.
James Caan and the kid were also great!

Caan looked great in (and out of) uniform. I like to think he inspired "In the Navy."

This was Mason’s only Oscar nomination that had nothing to do with Neil Simon, and she’s quite good in it. It shows a different direction her career could have gone in had she not become her husband’s muse.
I liked the doctor in the beginning examining Caan and saying “let’s take a look at your keister, son.”
