BEARKING: DOJ Continues Its Trump Revenge Tour and Indicts Letitia James

I hope the judge laughs this and Comey's case out of court, causing Trump to have a massive and immediately fatal thrombosis.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | October 9, 2025 8:37 PM |
Pam Bondi is no match for the legal minds of Comey and James. They will take that bitch down, and I'm here for it.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | October 9, 2025 8:42 PM |
New York Attorney General James was indicted on one count of bank fraud this afternoon in the Eastern District of Virginia, a handpicked, pro-prosecution, rocket docket jurisdiction.

R5 Fuck off, MAGAt. Go suck on your 34 times convicted felon's orange cocklet.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | October 9, 2025 8:59 PM |
I suspect both cases will ends in a malicious prosecution dismissal and a referral for disbarment of Trump’s prosecutor and Anyone else in the DOJ who succumbed to his pressure.

R10 Fingers crossed!

Miss James won’t play and I hope she reads those fuckers for filth.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | October 9, 2025 9:05 PM |
The problem is even if both cases get kicked out, Trump's goal of causing pain has succeeded. These are not uber wealthy people, when a POTUS comes after you with a corrupt DOJ it's got to be very stressful and financially expensive to fight. I wonder if they can counter sue after this.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | October 9, 2025 9:05 PM |
Just a few days ago, the VA prosecutor who was assigned the case couldn't find anything to charge James with and declined to press charges. So Trump's stooge had to do it. Just as with Comey.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | October 9, 2025 9:06 PM |
Do people like r5 actually believe Trump was innocent of the charges against him, or do they just think that he should be above the law somehow?
I actually agree that the NYS criminal and fraud cases were probably unwise, even if they had the evidence . No doubt politics played a role in bringing them which is not improper in the case of a public official if you have the evidence. Elected prosecutors are expected to reflect a certain degree of political influence as long as they act in good faith within the law
The federal charges were dead serious and obviously true. They were brought by an apolitical independent counsel because Trump repeatedly and flagrantly violated the law and scoffed at it as he does today.

Has donald's third-rate, third runner-up beauty contestant lawyer Halligan learned how to address the Court since the Comey arraignment?

Dag! I meant to say R5 is a proud "drop out" of MSU!
by Anonymous | reply 18 | October 9, 2025 9:17 PM |
Hopefully starting with Pam Bondi r10. She has made it as clear as possible that she is just a whore for the cult and will never, ever do anything other than whore for the cult whenever Trump orders her to.

by Anonymous | reply 23 | October 9, 2025 9:29 PM |
If the Trump regime has taught us anything, it's that his enablers/followers/ass-kissers/rubber-stampers really don't give a shit about the rule of law. It's never been so obvious that it runs on an honor system. And they have zero honor.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 9, 2025 9:29 PM |
R24, this is how I saw the world growing up some 50 years ago. But back then saying that out loud was blasphemy just to imply a lot of American people were enables, ass-kisser with no actual moral compass. Now I have been proven right, but sadly I had hoped over the decades it would have gotten better, now I realize it's just out in the open.

R25, I'm old too. I was actually born when Truman was still president. The first one I really remember was Eisenhower. I've lived through some presidents I thought were absolutely heinous, especially Reagan and Bush 2. But I have never seen such an absolute blatant, shameless disregard for the law under any presidency as Trump's.

Never thought I'd see the day when a Trump official could take a $50,000 bag of cash from the FBI and walk away a free man, but a woman who successfully prosecuted a criminal is getting indicted for it.

Well, for starters we know:
[quote] Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer entered into two primary-residence mortgages in quick succession, including for a second home near a country club in Arizona, where she’s known to vacation. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has primary-residence mortgages in New Jersey and Washington, D.C. Lee Zeldin, the Environmental Protection Agency administrator has one primary-residence mortgage in Long Island and another in Washington, D.C., according to loan records.
Add to that list Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, whose mortgage documents reportedly show he once agreed to call two houses his “principal residence” at the same time.

R21, this is what cognitive dissonance is all about. They understand that he has done very bad things but they think that it's all right because he is serving some higher good. What is that higher good? I don't know. He protects pedophiles, wastes billions of dollars, and destroys the economy. I guess they are in it for the racism and cruelty.

I think karma will meet them all in different ways and it might remind me of what happend to some of people on OJ Simpson's defense team.
-Pam Bondi- dies after a botched plastic surgery procedure
-Stephen Miller- gets brain cancer and ends up disabled after an awake craniotomy somehow gets botched
-Pete Hegseth-ends up with debilitating liver disease due to all the drinking and basically ends up in and out of hospitals.
-Kristi Noem-gets into some accident on her ranch and ends up a C2 level (Christopher Reeve's level) quadriplegic. her husband divorces her and she ends up a nursing home.
-Karoline Leavitt- suffers a mysterious fall down the stairs at a DC event where the Kaitlan Collins robot is also in attendance. Leavitt ends up disabled.
-Kash Patal- gets in some kind of accident during a visit to Quantico due to his crazy eyes
-Tulsi Gabbard-gets into a surfing accident in Hawaii
-RFK Jr-brain worm returns and he ends up in a nursing facility after Cheryl Hines is unable to care for him.
-JD Vance dies after a couch crushes him.

Out of all the dream scenarios I came up with, I think the Hegseth scenario is likely. He's probably still drinking. If he doesn't get liver disease, he could easily end up with dementia or other health problems that result from alcoholism.

The total "fraud" James is alleged to have committed would result in $19,000 she gets over the life of her mortgage because she saved a few points on a lower interest rate.
[quote] Former prosecutors uniformly cited the paltry amount James is accused of defrauding the bank out of, with one claiming that the dollar amount is a “red flag” meaning the case the DOJ is pressing is not worthy of a federal indictment. Jacqueline Kelly, a former federal prosecutor in Manhattan, cited the money involved and scoffed, “The idea that someone would expose themselves to federal fraud charges for so little money doesn’t really make any sense. It’s a red flag.”
This case will be tossed out. I can't wait for Trump's meltdown when that happens.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | October 10, 2025 2:38 PM |
When this case and Comey's case are laughed out of court, I hope both Letitia and James Comey sue the fuck out of the DOJ for malicious prosecution.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | October 10, 2025 2:43 PM |
Speaking of fraudulent bank loan applications, let's reopen the finances of the three bankrupt Trump casinos in Atlantic City and see just how much real bank fraud was committed there.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | October 10, 2025 2:48 PM |
R59 Yes. The irony that Trump is trying to bring a case of mortgage fraud against James, when he's spent his life engaged in fraudulent real estate transactions and business deals, is astounding.

[quote]U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan failed to give a heads-up to Attorney General Pam Bondi that she was appearing before a grand jury to seek a high-profile indictment against New York Attorney General Letitia James, according to a new report.
[quote]According to a report from CNN, Bondi was caught unaware that the newly appointed Halligan not only made the surprise appearance by herself before a grand jury, but she also took the case to a different jurisdiction than the one where she was barely able to get former FBI Director James Comey indicted on two counts: making a false statement and obstruction of a congressional proceeding
