It does.
So I guess Fat Russell is a permanent thing now?

This is the first movie in 2 years that I will most definitely plan to watch at the theater.
Already I'm fantasizing about America's own Nuremburg trials, when Trump, Miller, Vance, Bondi, Noem, Hegseth and every other dirtball scumbag associated with the Trump presidency is put on trial for their many, many crimes.

He's been fat for 20 years, r1. He probably didn't even have to gain weight to play Hermann Göring.

Has he? My, how time flies.

Watch Body of Lies from 2007, r5. He's fat as shit and has never slimmed down. I like the guy but he's been a fatty fat fat fat for a long time.

How weird! The local art movie house is showing Judgment at Nuremberg today but I was too tired to sit through all 3.5 hours of it…

Rami Mallek? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but he's not one of my favorite actors. Russell Crowe can act, I don't care if he's fat.

There was a recent story about Russells new weight loss.

He was slimming down for a new role and a new bride.

I’m curious why they chose to focus on Douglas Kelley rather than psychologist Gustav Gilbert.
Both men administered tests to and examined the prisoners, both wrote detailed reports on their assessments, but while Gilbert gave testimony in the case of Hess and remained for the duration of the trial, Kelley was back home in early 1946, long before the October verdicts.
Kelley was also an alcoholic and depressive who committed suicide in front of his family in 1958. His method was cyanide capsule.

I assume they're going to pad the story with lots of information about his mental breakdown and suicide, r13.

I was disappointed to see Russell is not going to play the Judy Garland role after all.
"Yes, yes: he made me sit on his lap!! But zere vas nussing wrong... nor ugly... about it!!"
