This also means that "Boy Erased" could become a franchise.

Thanks to trannies. Therapists are not allowed to question a person saying they’re trans and want their dicks cut off. It comes under the conversion therapy ban and doctors will lose their licenses. This also applies to surgeons. Doctors have been sounding the alarm for the past 7 years.

Either validate my delusion as reality or face legal repercussions!

"Thanks to trannies."
No, it applies to "ex-gay" therapy as well. Conservatives believe you can cure gays, and there are conservatives who claim to be "ex-gays"

SCOTUS is a right wing political body. It will do whatever the right wants.
In the recent past, it allowed states to determine whether trans care should be allowed or not. But here, states suddenly won’t be able to decide— conversion therapy witchcraft will be fully allowable!

So just so we have this down right, under no circumstances should doctors or teachers be allowed to talk to kids about anything relating to their gender or orientation. While at the same time, having a law that prevents providing “therapy” to these same kids for the same thing is illegal.
The hypocrisy among these folks is something to behold.

So conversion therapy to convert you to a liberal instead of the conservative cult you’re in is a-okay?

So now these “therapists” will be able to charge Medicaid for their bullshit

Wrong. In fact, before undergoing any surgery a trans person must go through tons of therapy. The problem with conversion therapy is that it has never worked except to cause harm. Trying to “convert” some gay into straight or someone trans into cis has NEVER worked.

That is an interesting point r7. And I have to wonder, what if some teacher now claims they were discussing sexuality and gender for purely therapeutic reasons? Would that be allowed? Also can't help wondering if anybody is allowed to offer pro-gay conversion therapy, treating some obviously gay kid who keeps making the crazy assertion that they are straight, when, come on kid, you're clearly gay?
Could Aunt Ida open a clinic?

^ let's open "ex-straight" clinics to convince straight men that they're really huge queens!

So a therapist could also counsel a straight kid that they should try not to be heterosexual? Or is 'conversion therapy' only about telling gay kids that they need to change?
Also, about this whole idea of changing your sexuality - is the court made up of people who actively choose their sexuality every day, or is it just innate for them? Because if so, how do they make sense of the idea of changing their orientation through therapy?

If this is freedom of speech so is a teacher talking to her student about being trans or gay
