I'll go to my grave thinking that there is no such thing as "Antifa." This is the U.S.: to the extent we have had left-wing terrorist groups they've had cool names, like the Weathermen. No one ever organized or fund-raised for something embarrassing like "Antifa." It's a right-wing fabrication.

Sadly these morons believe it. They believe Minneapolis was burned to the ground and that Portland is still on fire. There was an agent provocateur at the MPLS protests, a masked cop carrying an umbrella who started fires at the old police precinct and smashed windows. He as outed by his ex girlfriend and nothing ever came of it. These people are filthy and not afraid to create a false flag incident. Trump is openly pissed that all of their poking and prodding isn't resulting in in kind violence and terrorism.

Can you imagine the foaming at the mouth that would occur if Rachel Maddow tried to pull a bullshit stunt like this? I'm not exaggerating and think that they'd form a lynching party.

My brother in law does. He was in Atlanta and suddenly he saw a bunch of cops and people in crazy costumes and ran because he thought it was Antifa and ran. It was a fucking Halloween parade. He's not embarrassed telling this story, but I have enough for both of us.

Anyone who doesn't know by now that the "Antifa" that the right calls an organized "terrorist group" is just a boogeyman that they created to smear and attack everyone to the left of Mitt Romney, well, you're pretty fucking stupid.

"Antifa" as a loose movement of anti-racist people who oppose fascism? Sure, it exists, but it's not coordinated, it's not terrorist, and it's definitely not your enemy. There are no "members." There are no "former members." It's not an organization, it's a broad movement based on opposing fascism, Nazism and authoritarianism in all forms.
