Kent Monkman is a Canadian national treasure. His work is steeped in meaning and depth.

Monkman has an extraordinary exhibition that opened in Denver, the work is amazing. Reducing it to “woke art” makes me think that you are unfamiliar with much of anything going on in the contemporary art world.
