The Gingerbread Zero Sugar Pepsi was a limited release in the US last year. I won some, and they were disgusting, but I dislike sugar substitutes.

This reminds me of the time I was in Buenos Aires and their brand of Maxi-Pads was called Lips. I bought several boxes as stocking stuffers.
