Made Albany seem so glamorous

I thought they were a lot of fun. Chad Allen was not right for the role physically, but I liked his performances, especially in the one where he flashed back to his military boyfriend. My only complaint was his habit of giving his scene partner a coquettish bop on the head with a newspaper or file folder.

And it was fun seeing the iconic actresses they cast in supporting parts. Morgan Fairchild! Sean Young! Margot Kidder! I was less thrilled with their habit of casting porn stars for random nude scenes, but watching them fumble through their lines had its own entertainment value.

Chad Allen was hot.

I had all 4 on DVD but recently donated them to Goodwill. They were OK at the time but Chad Allen always annoyed me. All filmed in Canada with Canadian actors.

As a closeted gayling, it was always a thrill to watch an actor who was out publicly. They were shown on Showtime, I believe—but late at night lest they influence us to turn gay
