Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun are fucking!

A source confirmed to PEOPLE on Sept. 2 that the Euphoria star and record executive were "casually" dating.

More recently, a source said that they two "have a lot in common and neither one of them cares what others think."

Sweeney’s friends and family are "really happy about this relationship," that source added, noting that "for them, it’s such a relief to see her genuinely happy." The Christy star was previously engaged to restaurateur Jonathan Davino; the two were linked from 2018 until their split was confirmed in March 2025.

Braun, former manager of Justin Bieber, celebrated Sweeney’s Sept. 12 birthday with her, according to insiders. "He's easy to be around and an intriguing guy," a source close to Sweeney said at the time.

The actress, who has several upcoming projects to film and promote, “is back to work now though,” continued the source. “She feels very blessed to have such an amazing career. She's very focused and super hard-working."

Sweeney will reprise her Emmy-nominated role in a new season of Euphoria in the works, and has boxer Christy Martin biopic Christy (in theaters Nov. 7) and the movie adaptation of The Housemaid (in theaters Dec. 25) on the horizon, as well as portraying screen star Kim Novak in Scandalous!
