Since 2020 we've been living in a netherworld
This is what I feel like, at least. 2020 started a public mental health crisis. We had the worst pandemic in over 100 years, the POTUS rexommending we inject bleach or whatever, all the violence during the George Floyd protests, then the next year January 6 insurrection, extreme wokeness "I'm woke too but it was seriously overkill" and now the past 3 years with all the AI and UFO talk - UFOs and Aliens are now practically normalized vs when they used to be regarded as imaginary, a new Rapture hysteria every year on tiktok, fascist takeover, conservatism on the rise, Trump re elected "I never ever thought that was possible" AI and robotics threatening jobs in multiple industries, a sci-fi style reality seemingly looming, and there is a lot more than that even....
I'm a health nut but sometimes I wonder if its even worth it to try to live a long life. Seems like things get worse every year. 2019 was a good year. Then after that all hell broke loose and it feels like society's grasp on reality is about gone.

We are just seeing too much. We need to stay in our own back yard, cos otherwise there's green witches, Scary munchkins offering lollipops and behind the curtain, fake presidents.. We need to get back to being local.

[quote]UFOs and Aliens are now practically normalized vs when they used to be regarded as imaginary
I think people classified UFOs as unexplained or paranormal phenomena rather than purely imaginary. I mean there's lots of evidence of... something, including decades of sightings by sane reputable people. What is actually going on is another matter. There's so much obfuscation and disinformation on this topic.

It feels like we're in a shitty 80s dystopian film starring Marc Singer or somebody. A former game show host is now king who sends his troops all over "New America" looking for dissenters and POCs, and co-starring a young Melanie Griffith as the king's press secretary.

Amazing the shit people will swallow, though. As long as they have video games, a big screen TV and weed, it's like 'whatevs...'.
