I saw this many years ago while going down the YT rabbit hole. I've always been fascinated by how telephones progressed -- maybe it's because my grandmother was one of the women who walked up and down behind operators. (Guess my age!). I find this quite interesting.

Definitely before my time. Our phones had dials. But we also had a party line in the mid-'50s.
