Feds want Diddy behind bars for 11 years

Federal prosecutors are full steam ahead to lock up Diddy ... asking a judge to sentence him to more than 11 years in prison following his conviction on prostitution-related charges.

In a new court filing -- obtained by TMZ -- prosecutors say they want "at least 135 months' imprisonment" for Diddy, along with a $500k fine.

Judge Arun Subramanian is set to hand down Diddy's sentence on Friday in NYC.

The hip-hop mogul is currently facing a max of 20 years in prison after being found guilty on two counts of transporting male prostitutes across state lines ... where they engaged in "freak-offs" that became a centerpiece of his criminal trial.

He was acquitted by a jury for racketeering and sex trafficking charges -- which could have had him locked up for life.

He's also guilty of carb face.

by Anonymousreply 1September 30, 2025 12:06 PM

I would be curious to hear a lawyer weigh in. I wonder if the fact that he wasn't found guilty of the major charges means that the prosecutions recommendation for 11 years will be ignored.

by Anonymousreply 2September 30, 2025 12:41 PM

That seems like too much. I’d go with 3 to 5 myself with time off for time served already. I think he’s been in jail for at least a year already.

by Anonymousreply 3September 30, 2025 12:49 PM

trump belongs in prison, guys!

by Anonymousreply 4September 30, 2025 5:00 PM

If he were white, Trump would already be warming up the pardon pen.

by Anonymousreply 5September 30, 2025 5:26 PM

All it will take is a sizable donation to the Trump Library slush fund.

by Anonymousreply 6September 30, 2025 5:31 PM

MSNBC legal analyst Danny Cevallos is predicting 5 - 6 years. Says he won't get 11 years as the Feds are pushing.

Diddy's kids arrive to the sentencing

Prosecution pointed out that Diddy has speaking engagements lined up for next week because he's so confident he'll be let off with time served. That's not going to help him.

[quote]Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sentencing hearing opened Friday with prosecutors pushing for a long prison term while his children tearfully asked the judge for mercy in a sordid criminal case involving the hip-hop mogul’s girlfriends and male sex workers.

The court should give him the same mercy he gave that poor woman who was trying to escape his hotel room - the one he chased after in the hallway when he was wrapped in a bath towel, and beat and kicked her senselessly when she was in the fetal position near the elevator. Let's give him that same mercy.

by Anonymousreply 10October 3, 2025 8:31 PM

Seems like a fair sentence. Is he eligible for early parole?

by Anonymousreply 11October 3, 2025 8:49 PM

Fellow deviant criminal Trump will commute whatever sentence he gets. So it's all moot.

by Anonymousreply 12October 3, 2025 8:50 PM

What’s the sentence?

by Anonymousreply 13October 3, 2025 8:50 PM

I still wonder if he had Kim Porter murdered.

by Anonymousreply 14October 3, 2025 8:51 PM

50 months

by Anonymousreply 15October 3, 2025 8:51 PM

Why isn’t the judge deciding his sentence?

by Anonymousreply 16October 3, 2025 8:51 PM

Sentenced to 4 years.

by Anonymousreply 17October 3, 2025 8:52 PM

Guess he'll have to postpone those speaking engagements.

by Anonymousreply 18October 3, 2025 8:53 PM

Is he hung? Can he be my cellmate?

by Anonymousreply 19October 3, 2025 9:02 PM

Ridiculous. Hopefully he gets out sooner.

by Anonymousreply 20October 3, 2025 9:07 PM

He will be 60 when he gets out of prison, and probably long forgotten.

by Anonymousreply 21October 3, 2025 9:09 PM

And I'll be dead.

by Anonymousreply 22October 3, 2025 9:11 PM

Is there a betting pool for the impending Presidential Pardon yet?

Im thinking it'll happen for Sunday morning. Can see the NYT cover piece now...

by Anonymousreply 23October 3, 2025 9:14 PM

Can he get out in two or is it a firm.four years?

by Anonymousreply 24October 3, 2025 9:23 PM

Where were these planned speaking engagements? 🤔

by Anonymousreply 25October 3, 2025 9:30 PM

Wonder how this will be covered on 'The View' Monday morning ? I predict...

Sunny will explain the reasoning behind the sentencing, and end up agreeing with it.

Whoopi will explain to us that we all step in doo-doo sometimes, and often it takes a while to wipe it off our shoes. Sometimes five years.

Ana will say he should've gotten a longer sentence, and tell us once again that 'hotel workers' would come up to her when she stayed in the same hotel he once stayed at, and tell her what was going on in his room - because that's what hotel workers do: share gossip about American celebrities with someone they don't know from Chinandega, Nicaragua.

AFG will nervously keep pushing her extensions over her Dumbo ears, and declare he should have gotten a longer sentence, while Sunny will pay not attention to her.

Sara will spit out all her AI talking points.

by Anonymousreply 26October 3, 2025 9:31 PM

Is he in a cushy prison? or a regular shit hole?

by Anonymousreply 27October 3, 2025 9:32 PM

[quote] Where were these planned speaking engagements? 🤔

Epstein Island Foundation?

by Anonymousreply 28October 3, 2025 9:36 PM

Take time served off the 50 month sentence and it's three years. With good behavior he'll be out in less than two. If they seriously wanted him behind bars the judge would have given him ten. This pretty much amounts to a slap on the wrist.

by Anonymousreply 29October 3, 2025 9:36 PM

But Judge. Please release me. I lost my way. Asshole.

by Anonymousreply 30October 3, 2025 9:49 PM

So how many of those who testified against him feel very safe tonight ?

by Anonymousreply 31October 3, 2025 9:49 PM

Bring on the civil cases.

by Anonymousreply 32October 3, 2025 9:58 PM

All of them, R31.

by Anonymousreply 33October 3, 2025 10:04 PM

calling daddy trump. yoo-hoo

by Anonymousreply 34October 3, 2025 10:07 PM

Two things. Diddy is terrified of prison. He has a lot of enemies there. I hope he has protection. Four years is more than a slap in the wrist if you’re fearing for your life everyday.

Two, Trump is just now shaking himself from the non-stop Epstein cries. That started with the death of CK. The last thing I am sure he’d want to do is pardon a convicted sex offender.

Diddy will probably have a boyfriend if not married by the time he gets out.

by Anonymousreply 35October 3, 2025 10:29 PM

What type of prison will he be sent to I wonder.

by Anonymousreply 36October 3, 2025 10:30 PM

R36 I wonder if it will be the country club which Ms. Maxwell is currently residing in ?

by Anonymousreply 37October 3, 2025 10:42 PM

Why is he being jailed longer than murderers? For prostitution? Pul-leeze.

by Anonymousreply 38October 4, 2025 1:02 AM

[quote]Ridiculous. Hopefully he gets out sooner.

To continue his crime spree.

by Anonymousreply 39October 4, 2025 1:09 AM

aka Piddy, P-Diddy, Sean John, Puffy, Puff Daddy...
