Every face is different. Plastic surgery works better for some people more than others and it’s impossible to determine the outcome of fucking with your face. However plastic surgeons are salesmen. And part of that sales pitch is showing their patients (victims?) imagery of their greatest surgical triumphs to get you amped believing that’s how you’ll also appear. Younger, tighter, completely revitalized. “Look at this. What I did for them, I can do for you.” The devil whispering in your ear that they’ll turn back the hands of time.

If it turns out bad, they’ll perform more surgeries to try and fix it but you have to wait months or maybe a year for the old procedure to heal. And that cycle just goes on and on while you’re a walking freak show. When it’s all said and done, your plastic surgeon won’t be showing you off to any new clients.

R7 - also the problem is people waiting far too long to get it done and then it's a massive overhaul which rarely looks good.

Like with everything - small maintenance along the way is the best path. You can't just ignore your body and face for 7 decades and then expect miraculous outcomes.
