Panasonic, their 5 blade ones are expensive but brilliant, their 3 blade ones are good too, and considerably cheaper.

I just purchase a Braun Series 9 Pro+ with the cleaning station and it's the best shaver I've ever used. Nothing is ever going to be as good as a razor blade shave - but this comes pretty damn close.

I'm very happy with it and highly recommend. It's luxury quality but not heavy, holds the charge for days, the cleaning station is fantastic and I expect to have this for 10+ years at least. The head blade lasts for 18 months before Braun recommends replacement.
