Tirzepatide absolutely does work. A low dose works for me.

I’m on the lowest dose of Tirzepatide/monjouro and I’m down 12 lbs since mid July. I have 10 more pounds to lose, going to the gym 5x a week so I don’t lose too much muscle. I have to pay out of pocket though.

Any significant weight loss with GLP-1 or not is going to come from higher doses and longer treatment. Microdosing it is not a thing. You take the shot (or the pill if you are on the pill form but way less effective). It is supposed to curb other cravings so he probalby stopped drinking as much and doing as much blow so that would cause someone 5'1" tall to lose weight fast.

Having the smallest prescribed dose of something (e.g. the amount doctors recommend you start on) is not microdosing.

It is quite possible to lose weight on less than the dose doctors recommend you work up to, but it will be a lot slower. I barely know what Andy Cohen looks like in the first place, so I can't judge in his case, but when I was on Ozempic I stopped at double the starting dose (ie half the usual final dose) and still lost an average1kg a month. After a certain age, I think losing weight at approximately the rate you gained it is the best bet to help combat wrinkling and sagging (as much as is possible).

Is it just me, or do these drugs tend to age people? I can always tell by looking at their faces if they are taking the shot because the skin starts sagging and becomes greyish, devoid of vibrancy. R83 - I'm 53 and in a similar predicament. I'm 5'8" and went from 165 to 138 during Covid (not on purpose!) and I looked terrible and "aged." The weight came off everywhere--you don't get to choose how much and from where--so my face looked gaunt and I lost my ass! Getting back on the antidepressant I had stopped at the time got me right up to 165 again in a matter of 6-8 months, and I look so much healthier. Ideally, I want to get to 150 and stay there, but a GLP-1 drug isn't something I want to fuck with.
