I am going back to dumbbell work after a four year break.
Today, it’s Tits, shoulders, and arms. There shouldn’t be an arm day; I pretty much use them in every exercise. Whatever.
The movements (understood by me because they are for me) will be FLYS, LATERAL RAISES, SHOULDER PRESS, CURLS, KICKBACKS (most likely pushups as my floor is clean).
The bribe is that after doing close to 10 reps per movement, I get to go outside and smoke.
