California swinger hotel with sex maze for sale, signaling dying era in Palm Springs

The Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel was listed in July for $10.5 million. Located about a mile east of downtown Palm Springs, the “boutique motel boasts 40 rooms, many of which are newly renovated, as well as an expansive pool and a so-called ‘play maze’ for its adult guests,” a Realtor.com story about the listing noted.

The property was recently a known retreat for gay men and is currently a popular clothing-optional stopover for swingers.

I bet that's where Tom Bianchi found a soul mate or two back in the day!

Some of the best Dirk Yates porns were shot there back in the day when it was the All Worlds Resort.

Sex maze?

You can check-out any time you like but you can never leave!

What was it called before it became a straight swingers place?

I went back in 2019 when it was still All Worlds. Sat nude at the pool all day and had no idea why guys would leave and return a little later hard af. I didn’t know there was a maze. Finally as I was getting ready to leave, I stumbled upon it and then it all made sense. Ended up staying so long in there that I missed my dinner plans. No regrets.

Nevermind.

They have the pictures hung way on up there, don't they?

Last Easter, actually!

Looks like a dozen other gay resorts back in the day. Nothing particularly appealing.

How does this mean it’s dying? The writer sounds like a prisspot.

Palm Springs isn’t livable. You visit and leave.

The whole thing is, well, best summed up by Dame Maggie Smith.

Nothing says exotic like that photo of the front door at OP’s link.

Oh, I had so much fun there in the early 2000’s.

The Fudge Packer's Inn

I'm pretty sure I've seen the courtyard as a set for porn.

The pool area is not appealing. Needs a forest of potted plants and trees. I couldn’t call it cute, and neither did anyone else.
