Of course it’s true. Prince was hilarious. And awesome, hot, talented, smart. I really wish he’d gotten real help for the pain instead of tainted rx drugs.

Who on earth would think Prince of all people was a basketball player?

Prince was very short, but honestly some short guys can be really talented at basketball. You just don’t ever see short guys in the NBA. I think there was a guy who was 5’8” at one point and people acted like he was a midget.

I'm from the DC area and grew up watching 5'3" Mugsy Bogues playing for the Bullets.

It’s not just the fact that he was short which makes it surprising, it’s the fact that he’s PRINCE for goodness sake. Who would think Prince of all people excelled at any sports, let alone something as gritty and physical as basketball? That’s what made the Chappelle Show skit so funny.

He hated gay people.
