Thank you for your attention to this matter

The best solution to most issues is increased physical suffering for women.

by Anonymousreply 1September 5, 2025 6:36 PM

I had heard it was paternal use of tanning beds.

by Anonymousreply 2September 5, 2025 6:37 PM

Jesus Christ. We are facing literal chaos. Conspiracy theories and all kinds of far fetched unscientific bullshit is being mainstreamed.

by Anonymousreply 3September 5, 2025 6:37 PM

Well, I heard it was eating kale that causes autism.

by Anonymousreply 4September 5, 2025 6:41 PM

"I saw Goody Proctor with the Tylenol."

by Anonymousreply 5September 5, 2025 6:50 PM

What am I, chopped liver?

by Anonymousreply 6September 5, 2025 6:50 PM

Personally, I think it's the intervention of witchcraft. Just a hunch.

by Anonymousreply 7September 5, 2025 6:52 PM

Will be interesting to see what Johnson and Johnson thinks about this. They'll have a strong legal position here. But, J&J is also probably afraid of criticizing anything Trump-ish.

by Anonymousreply 8September 5, 2025 7:02 PM

There have been mixed results from studies on whether increased Tylenol use during pregnancy is related to an increase in ASD or not. Same for use in infants. One study says maybe, then another no, then another yes. It's an open question and no doubt only part of the autism story if it's even one part.

I say this not to defend his actions, but I thought I best look up what this claim was even based on. Instead of pure conspiracy theory, it seems it's based on weak evidence at this point. It's irresponsible of him to go there. And let us not forget how he wants to register autistic people and treat them and other mental conditions with wellness camps. Hitler-type stuff disguised as compassion.

by Anonymousreply 9September 5, 2025 7:10 PM

As you might imagine, shares in Tylenol's maker are sinking as a result of this report.

by Anonymousreply 10September 5, 2025 7:10 PM

The Tylenol link was based on observational studies. There are observational studies proving everything under the sun. That's really not an exaggeration. The rigorous studies show no link. There is no reason he should be saying this.

by Anonymousreply 11September 5, 2025 7:14 PM

Will these "wellness camps" be privately owned, and will they involve forced labor, sterilization and mass graves?

by Anonymousreply 12September 5, 2025 7:17 PM

“it seems it's based on weak evidence at this point. It's irresponsible of him to go there” …that is a conspiracy theory by definition

by Anonymousreply 13September 5, 2025 7:21 PM

R13. Exactly. Except you could almost go as far as to say non-existent evidence.

by Anonymousreply 14September 5, 2025 7:24 PM

Tylenol's parent company should have no problem taking Brainworm Bobby to court and sue him for defamation.

by Anonymousreply 15September 5, 2025 7:26 PM

It's always something.

by Anonymousreply 16September 5, 2025 7:26 PM

Actual Malice!

by Anonymousreply 17September 5, 2025 7:27 PM

Of course they are, r10. It's wrong of him to say this for so many reasons.

But this is what one gets with RFK Jr. and his crowd. Vaccine conspiracy theories, false claims about Tylenol, conspiracies about fluoride, and the list goes on. Anti-science lunatics.

by Anonymousreply 18September 5, 2025 7:32 PM

What about snorting heroin?

by Anonymousreply 19September 5, 2025 7:34 PM

Don’t the Tylenol people pay the GOP? They’re not gonna like this.

by Anonymousreply 20September 5, 2025 7:35 PM

For MAHAs, correlation = causation.

by Anonymousreply 21September 5, 2025 7:36 PM

Praise Jesus for RFK Jr.! He is the Dr. Kelsey of our generation.

by Anonymousreply 22September 5, 2025 7:38 PM

So how does this dumbfuck counter the countless studies showing a genetic link for autism? It's like the answer is staring them in the face and they refuse to admit it because it means their genes are defective.

by Anonymousreply 23September 5, 2025 7:42 PM

What about the women who didn’t take Tylenol and have kids with autism?

by Anonymousreply 24September 5, 2025 7:43 PM

Tylenol shedding, R24.

by Anonymousreply 25September 5, 2025 7:47 PM

I think there is a link with Morgellons. Has he looked at this?

by Anonymousreply 26September 5, 2025 7:48 PM

Can’t wait for the lawsuit from Tylenol.

by Anonymousreply 27September 5, 2025 7:50 PM

You're right, R11. But the trouble is that RFK, jr. is an irresponsible imbecile like the master he serves.

by Anonymousreply 28September 5, 2025 7:55 PM

I think some troll needs to get a conspiracy theory going that some abortifacient is actually secretly healthy for the unborn child and spread it in anti-vax circles. OK, I'm mostly joking, but in my heart, I'm kinda not.

by Anonymousreply 29September 5, 2025 7:57 PM

The Tylenol rumors have existed for years so I avoided it completely during my pregnancy but still ended up with a child on the autism spectrum. I also avoided drinking out of plastic bottles and cups, didnt consume fish (mercury concerns), took my vitamins etc

by Anonymousreply 30September 5, 2025 7:58 PM

If doctors stop diagnosing autism then the numbers will decrease.

by Anonymousreply 31September 5, 2025 8:00 PM

Nobody had high cholesterol when my grandfather was president.

by Anonymousreply 32September 5, 2025 8:05 PM

I think they have to sue. Because kids are going to keep getting autism with or without Tylenol.

by Anonymousreply 33September 5, 2025 8:05 PM

I wonder how much money RFK Jr and friends made shorting Johnson & Johnson stock?

by Anonymousreply 34September 5, 2025 9:11 PM

Oh, please, R11, get off your high horse.

* I* have OBSERVED maggots spontaneously generating out of a raw beef shank... that may or may have not been left outside, uncovered on a picnic table by mistake.

My former coworker OBSERVED her baby came out of the birth canal with a reddish-pink birthmark because she had craved watermelon her entire pregnancy.

DO THE RESEARCH!!!

by Anonymousreply 35September 5, 2025 9:25 PM

This study just came out in August 2025.

by Anonymousreply 36September 5, 2025 9:36 PM

Wait, WAIT! I didn't get my order in on time to short Tylenol stock!

by Anonymousreply 37September 5, 2025 9:46 PM

OP, are you RFK Jr? Enough with the conspiracies!

by Anonymousreply 38September 5, 2025 9:51 PM

[quote] J&J is also probably afraid of criticizing anything Trump-ish.

I've a hunch that criticizing RFK Jr.. will soon become quite fashionable in Republican circles.

by Anonymousreply 39September 5, 2025 9:56 PM

I refuse to use Tylenol because of its issues.

by Anonymousreply 40September 5, 2025 9:56 PM

Oh, it's a big pretty white plane with red stripes, curtains in the windows and wheels and it looks like a big Tylenol.

by Anonymousreply 41September 5, 2025 10:00 PM

Why aren’t oligarchs pissed? I thought these guys were evil and powerful. You’re going to let RFK come for tylenol?

by Anonymousreply 42September 6, 2025 1:30 PM

Scientists agree that’s there’s a genetic component to autism.

Mind boggling that the wackadoodle MAGA folks refuse to believe that fact. “It can’t be my perfect genes!!”

by Anonymousreply 43September 6, 2025 1:37 PM

The Tylenol manufacturer will sue RFK into oblivion

by Anonymousreply 44September 6, 2025 1:37 PM

Tylenol was pretty big back in the day when these people insist there were no autistics running around

by Anonymousreply 45September 6, 2025 1:41 PM

Well that does it, I’m switching to Thalidomide to manage my morning sickness!

by Anonymousreply 46September 6, 2025 1:52 PM

Your butt baby will be DEFORMED, R46!

by Anonymousreply 47September 6, 2025 1:55 PM

50% of pregnant women take Tylenol. If it were responsible for autism, there would be tons more autism

by Anonymousreply 48September 6, 2025 2:04 PM

Thx for sharing that, not sure I should’ve “liked” a comment where you mention your child is on the spectrum, but I did so for sharing your experience. This whole thing also wreaks of the bullshit American sentiment that we earn all of our health outcomes as punishment or reward for behavior. There can be truth found in cause and effect, but the blame associated with that here is embarrassing and shameful IMO.

by Anonymousreply 49September 6, 2025 2:16 PM

Typical druggie. Won't accept a vaccine because "I doN'T knoW wHat is IN iT", but will snort, smoke or inject anything off the street without hesitation.

Useless.

by Anonymousreply 50September 6, 2025 3:19 PM

Thanks for your kind words, R49.
