Parents of the year bring toddler within feet of adult bison 🦬

You just know they would have tried to sue Yellowstone if it had trampled the kid to death.

I've seen an idiot with a camera get charged by an American buffalo at Yellowstone with my own eyes.

It never ceases to amaze me how stupid people are around wild animals. I don't know why some people can't grasp that the human body is nothing compared to an animal that can weigh up to a couple thousand pounds.

R6 I remember visiting the koala enclave at the Taronga Zoo in Sydney about 10 years ago. The koalas were roaming freely and a lot of them were asleep up in the trees. The zoo guide told us not to disturb the sleeping koalas, because as gentle and sweet looking as they are, if they're agitated, they can become aggressive and rip your throat apart with one swipe of their giant sharp talon claws.

Well, this Japanese family walked up to one of the trees where a koala was sleeping in the branches and started clapping their hands at it and throwing rocks at it to try and wake it up. The guide saw them and immediately started yelling at them, asking what the hell they were doing. "We just him to wake up for picture," one of them said. The guide had no patience and promptly kicked them out.

Fucking idiots.

People assume that because they are fluffy, they are harmless. These signs are all around Yellowstone.
