All very cromulent words, OP.

One of my faves is BORBORYGMUS: it's the squishy/rumble-y sound our intestines sometimes make.

PHILTRUM: The vertical groove above the upper lip, rather prominent in some. As a child I was told that it was the mark from an angel, to keep us from revealing the secret to Paradise.

Another groove word is CUNTLINE. The V-shaped channel you can see when a rope is wound tightly on itself.
