Mr. Geffen's income over the last two years was passive interest growth on investments that existed before the marriage to Mr. Michaels. Mr. Michaels did not contribute to the wealth of the household in any way. He was not a trophy-wife, a mother or a homemaker, and therefore, is not entitled to any of Mr. Geffen's vast fortune.
