The nepo thing is tough because thousands and thousands of very talented actors never even get representation from good agents who can get them seen for roles that build a career and many if not most give up and quit.

Talent is expected and not hard to find, but getting positioned to save a decade or more of struggling to get a decent agent is the key that allows nepo cases to thrive and bypass the destructive struggle to just get on the board.

Rashida Jones, Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston. Kendall Jenner is 5'10" and beautiful. She could have easily made it as a model without the Kardashian connection. Same for Gigi Hadid...5'11 and gorgeous.

Modeling is one of the few industries where being a nepo baby isn't helpful or harmful. Modeling agencies frequently have open calls, do national scouting and if you have an in-demand look, they will represent you.
