Racaehl goes to Jury House.

by Anonymousreply 1August 30, 2025 12:06 AM

I wouldn’t want Mickey in the Jury House. She’ll be one Bitter Betty. I think Rachel would be a fair juror.

by Anonymousreply 2August 30, 2025 8:55 PM

I wonder if Lauren or Kelly would save Vince again, or has he burned all his bridges with them?

by Anonymousreply 3August 30, 2025 9:00 PM

Production wants Rachel in jury. That was the plan from the beginning.

by Anonymousreply 4August 30, 2025 10:00 PM

Rachael has said more than once, "I will NEVER be on the jury". I suppose she still thinks she is going to win. And, more's the pity... she just might!

by Anonymousreply 5August 30, 2025 10:05 PM

It’s really lazy to bring back previous houseguests and it seems to happen every other season. I never watch “All Stars” seasons of any reality show, and that’s where retreads should exist. Rachel should have been voted out the first week this season. There have been some really awful houseguests in the past, Rachel at the top of the list, and I don’t want to see or hear them again.

I could choose not to watch porcine Derrick and snaglemouthed Taylor on a separate show, but last week they were incorporated into the main episode. Nicole F. is grating, yet there she is. Are the producers of BB really that unimaginative and clueless?

by Anonymousreply 6August 30, 2025 11:16 PM

The whole fucking thing is scripted. The women sat around saying how hot that fat load Rachel was, everyone is saying "I will put her on the block" and then put up the same three people over and over. It is so obvious production is keeping her in. Anyone with a brain would get a previous winner out.

Morgan has POV. Who will Keanu put up, now?

by Anonymousreply 8August 30, 2025 11:35 PM

HOH: Keanu

Noms: Mickey, Morgan, Vince

Veto Picks: Lauren Kelley

Veto: Morgan

Have Nots: Ava, Lauren, Vince

by Anonymousreply 9August 30, 2025 11:43 PM

OK this is it - this is Keanu's big chance to make his 'bold move' and 'shake the house up'. His turn to keep his promise he'll put Rachel on the block and get her evicted.

C'mon Keanu - we know you have the testicles to do it. You shake them for the camera in every episode.

by Anonymousreply 10August 30, 2025 11:53 PM

"Houseguests, Morgan won the Power of Veto and has pulled herself off the block. This means I have to pick a replacement nominee. As you can imagine, this is a tough choice. But I pick.. .Riley."

"Keanu? Riley went home last week."

"Oh. Uh....I pick Jimmy."

"No. Jimmy hasn't been in the house for weeks. Try again."

"Zach?"

"Nope."

'Zae! Can I nominate Zae?"

"How about Rachel?"

"Will. Please take a seat,Will."

If Keanu puts up Rachel, she’ll win a rigged Blockbuster. I don’t see him putting up anyone else though.

Vinny desperately wants a SAF-AFTEA card, which jury members get. That’s why he keeps saying he *has to* make jury. Just another unemployed LA guy who wants a card…

by Anonymousreply 12August 31, 2025 1:40 AM

R12 Do you mean SAG-AFTRA card ?

That was awful. But I blame it on the boring housequests who can't fill a 90 minute show so they had to pad it with Piggy and Snaggletooth. Trim back to one hour please.

Angela from BB26 and the up coming Season of The Amazing Race hosted the Veto competition that was held today.

Link is just for the picture, the link is from last season.

Why does CBS keep giving that loon Angela a platform?

Where did you hear that R12 because everything I see says that game show contestants do not get SAG membership?

AI says: Why reality cast members are not covered

[quote] Different contract: While SAG-AFTRA has a "Network Television Code" that covers reality, game, and talk shows, the contestants are not typically considered union performers under this agreement. [quote] Unscripted vs. scripted: Reality shows are considered "unscripted" entertainment, which falls outside the contracts that cover scripted movies and television shows. [quote] Professional performers: SAG-AFTRA membership is based on being a professional performer. For a reality show like Big Brother, the cast members are viewed as contestants, not hired actors, even though the situation is highly produced

by Anonymousreply 17August 31, 2025 2:13 PM

Jury would seem a strange point at which to achieve SAG status even if that were true, jury where you are no longer constantly on camera, just on camera for occasional short clips.

by Anonymousreply 18August 31, 2025 2:18 PM

[quote] However, there are exceptions where a reality TV participant might become a SAG-AFTRA member. If a participant's role evolves to include a performance that requires a specific talent to entertain the audience, or if they are brought back to perform in a professional capacity (e.g., a singer from a competition show performing on a talk show), they might then be considered professional talent by the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists For example, individuals appearing on shows like Dancing With the Stars or Last Comic Standing are considered professionals because their roles involve performing a specific talent.

This may be why Rachel has a card, if she does. I suppose returning as a "brought back to perform in a professional capacity" clause might include her... as a stretch. But, I don't know how that could include Vinnie.

Rachel Reilly has played a recurring role as a waitress on CBS's soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

That is why she has a SAG card.

On a completely unrelated note, Vince and Keanu were talking about their snack baskets when they were HOH, they mentioned a Pretzel that was really good, Keanu called them Pop Zaddy Pretzels but the name is actually Pop Daddy Pretzel. They had quite a laugh over Keanu calling them Pop Zaddy. They were both going on about how good they tasted it was the Pop Daddy Garlic Parmesan stick Pretzels. Now I am not really much of a Pretzel type of guy but I figured why not, so I bought a bag of them. Yeah they are really quite good but do leave a strong garlic after taste in your mouth but I just can't stop eating them.
