He's correct that dating builds resilience and respect that he showed even knowing he was likely being stood up if for no other reason he was exposing himself to meeting other people. Internet dating seems to bring out the worst in people.

I was good friends with the office hot girl that all the guys loved, and one day I brought up to her how puzzled I was that he had trouble dating. She admitted that she had rebuffed him herself. "He chased me like a puppy for years, but I wasn't about to go out with someone looking like an old man!" Once he married the shrew and she had dated her share of hot losers, she realized what she missed out on.

He's lucky he found out early on the ditsy broad was a poser. His only mistake after discovering she had unmatched him was to waste his time going to the date.

Unfortunately, there are a few things -

1) Looks like a twin bed in his room - it may be a full - but there's a lot of floor room in there and most bedrooms aren't that big.

2) He is definitely a short king - he can barely see into the mirror in the bathroom. Women don't like men shorter than them.

3) Looks like he is losing his hair.

4) His videos on YouTube have a very very low amount of views. I don't care about that shit - but he's trying to be an influencer and it's not taking off.

Personally, I find him sexy AF and would love to get to know him - but gays are different. Not saying some of us don't have exceedingly high standards or anything - some do - but I don't think we're as rigid when it comes to height, income, social media, etc.

Cute guy. He deserves better. I dated on the sites back when I was younger. I never treated anyone badly. I never ghosted anyone. I usually went out with someone I wasn't sure about a second time in case they were having an off day the first date. One time I went out with a guy and he must've not liked the way I looked in person. He walked into the coffee shop and looked me up and down and we got our coffee. He took two sips and said his stomach wasn't feeling well and took off running. Never heard from him again. While I was never considered hot, I wasn't ugly. I'll never forget how I felt watching him literally run. But I finally found my man who is the kindest sweetest person in the world. It only took me 50 years to find him.
