You have to buy imported paprika (Hungarian or Spanish) and use it quickly. Otherwise, it's merely decorative.

R4, Bay leaves are an important herb. I learned to use them from Julia Child. On Youtube, the Anti-Chef (Jamie) made tea from imported bay leaves, and broke away from his notion that they didn't add anything. I use a lot of them, almost always in meat dishes.
