The before and after photos. Before, she has a glossy finish. Now more natural, matte. The biggest change is the eyes are more downcast, more expressive (without changing the carving I believe). It’s really not much different, just easier to see because it’s not shiny.

She’s been painted like a common whore! It’s the Mother of God, not Mary Magdalene!

She’s no Madonna.

It looks fine but can't hold a candle to this one.
