Yes, they murdered their parents, but the parents deserved it. Let’s be honest. I’m not one who condones it, but one can easily understand why these boys loathed them, & why they did it.

That stated, they have to now, and AGAIN deal with what it means to murder disgusting, rotten people. Doesn’t matter how loathsome they were, murder is a crime, they committed that crime, & in prison both will likely remain for the foreseeable future.

Raping children, & enabling it is absolutely DISGUSTING, & I find it interesting that these two boys, now men, were victimized by their parents all of their lives, while a monster named Ghislaine Maxwell will one day complete a 20 year sentence in some Texas shithole prison praised as some sort of “prison spa”, & walk free, as she ALLEGEDLY assisted our current POTUS in raping minors.

Erik has committed many infractions ( petty violations of the rules) including possession of a cell phone in January 2025. It’s an indication that he’s either an idiot or a narcissist—probably both. Anyone with an IQ above 85 who is seeking parole KNOWS that the parole board will deny parole for anything. The murder of his mother was particularly indefensible, whatever one thinks of his father, and if he wants a chance at release, he’s going to have to walk the straight and narrow for years to come. The judge and the DA were clever passing this off to the parole board, who in turn kicked it down the road. I practiced criminal law for 30 years. We used to call this giving defendants their due process, with a wink wink.

Most of the infractions were before they were resentenced. Erik thought he was in prison for life. Had he known then that one day he'd be eligible for parole he may have done things differently.

Lyle has been a model prisoner and has engaged in educational training and mentorship of other prisoners.
