I read on another site that her brother was being taken off life support and she was trying to get home but her flight was canceled and there were three other flights she couldn't get on. That doesn't justify her trashy behavior but her frustration is understandable.

If this is Florida, make arrangements to take a flight from another airport and get yourself driven there. If not Tampa, then Sarasota. If not Miami, then Fort Lauderdale. If not Orlando, then Daytona Beach. She's wasting time here.
