Is "State of Shock" the Worst Piece of Crap the Jacksons and Mick Jagger Ever Put Out?
It was a huge hit in 1984 when Michael Jackson seemed to be collaborating with everyone, but the song is an amateurish attempt at funk-rock fusion. It's monotonous, the vocals are bland, and the lyrics are insipid. Jagger and the Jackson really phoned this one in and went for the cash.
What say you, DLers?

There's a reason no one has heard this song played anywhere in the last 30 years.

Mick and Tina did a far superior version of it at Live Aid.
