I had diarrhea at a train station in Romania. I barely made it to the bathroom on the platform. There was a bathroom attendant in there that charged me 2 lei, then handed me a small strip of toilet paper. Then the toilet turned out to be a squat toilet. I had to pull down my pants and squat and use my left arm to hold my pants forward so I wouldn’t shit into them.
