I'm elder and don't get the appeal but what really gets me is if you're going to color your hair something unusual then make it BRIGHT. Most of the time I see hair like this it's just very muted and looks more like a mistake than anything

Whenever I see it I just think of how they're damaging their hair. I may have seen an instance or two where it works for an individual. In most cases, it looks stupid, cheap and trashy.
