If she would hold a town hall every once in a while and take an occasional meeting with her constituents to address their concerns then they wouldn’t have to resort to showing up at non-political events where she is to speak. She brought this on herself and, through her sneering, insulting comments afterward about the protesters, she exposes what a truly terrible, unresponsive representative she is. As you said, Schumer and Jeffries beat their gums but all their doing is exhaling used air. No one ever hears Schumer's diatribe on how the Repukes are doing the country wrong and Jeffries talks in truncated phrases with distracting hand gestures and both (along with MANY others) are just spinning their wheels getting deeper in the ditch.

When Blake Gendebien, an upstate farmer who would truly represent that district, became the Democratic candidate to run against her in the special election, they dumped her ambassadorship nomination and made her stick it out in Congress. He is an excellent candidate.
