Lesley is a woman of a certain age (shhh...79).
Loved her in Victor/Victoria. She was robbed of the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She was brilliant.

She must hate the resemblance to deranged harpy Susan Sarandon.

Happy birthday to Lesley Ann Warren. Loved her in "Victor/Victoria," and in this adaptation of "27 Wagons Full of Cotton" with Ray Sharkey and Peter Boyle.

My very first crush, when I saw her in Cinderella.
I was seven years old. And I've had a thing for brunettes ever since.
Happy Birthday!

I like her in that movie, although she was definitely just a distraction.

Nice Jewish NY girl who never quite made it to the big time.

She's a generation's Cinderella, r13. that counts for a *lot*.

One job (plus Victor Victoria), R14, does not a big time career make!

She’s wonderful in Alan Rudolph’s Choose Me. Prickly and wary, but you really root for her to take a chance and be happy.

We should send her a singing telegram for her birthday.
“Duh-duh-da-da-da-dah! I. Am. Your Singing Telegram!”
*BAM!*

R18, they were separated long before 1975. More like 1972. He dated Streisand in 1973. Lesley was probably happy to see him go. There’s a photo out there of Lesley, Streisand and Elliott Gould in 1965 - he was in a Bway musical with him, and Barbra being the huge star that she was at the time (pre movies) posed for the pic.

I liked her in that Texas Cheerleader Massacre movie,

I was in line behind her at Barnes & Noble once. She let me go ahead of her while she perused the novelties at the register. Seemed a little wacky/kooky "old" lady but was pleasant and unassuming.
