The California revolving door of justice doesn't do the public any favors. He has multiple felonies on his rap sheet and yet they allow him a lenient bail . Set his bail at $1M and see if he can raise the 10%.

Not just Southern California. Armenians everywhere are known for fraud, including ransomware attacks. My Armenian friend recognizes it and is embarrassed by his fellow countrymen.
