My friends who are union stewards increasingly deal with young employees who think that it's the union's job to deal with their hurt feelings because the boss asked them to do their fucking job.

My sister has three Gen Z sons and the worst thing about them is that they stay in the family home forever because they can't afford rent/mortgage. She has a four bed semi detached house near London and they're all still living there in their early 20s with no intention of moving out. They have starter jobs and spend all their income on clothes, socialising and holidays.
