Because he’s talented. He wasn’t the best looking guy on “Girls” but he played such a quirky, funny, sometimes off-balance character that I always looked forward to his scenes.

It's not just that he's objectively unattractive - he's got permanent bitch face too.
I've never seen him smile - he doesn't come off as warm or engaging in any interviews.
He looks like an unemployed white-trash hick hanging out in a 7-11 parking lot, throwing dirty looks at people from his beater pick-up truck.
What's to like? No charisma, painful face, a cartoon villain's voice, not funny, doesn't smile or laugh much. We can do better, people.
