The "Houston, we have a problem" guy?

He had a good, long life.

He was a great ass-tronaut but couldn’t live forever.

I know it's kind of silly, but I loved that movie with Tom Hanks and Kevin Bacon. Ed Harris's character said it would prove to be NASA's proudest moment, it's most successful failure. And it was. Becau8se when we actually saw the damage it was a fucking miracle they survived. Lovell sounded so calm. As they say in the Navy, "Fair winds and following seas, Jim Lovell! Man, 97 is a great age. Good for him.
