It’s such a beautiful, thoughtful, loving & caring gesture.
This person who did this, is so much more than I understood or expected, until now.
Over the years, this person has made multiple thoughtful/loving gestures toward me, & I guess I’m writing this right now, because this morning, on my way to work, I was listening to my Lisa Romano podcast, & she strongly advocated the concept of standing in one’s feelings, & going from there, in order to achieve true authenticity.
She’s amazing, & I trust her. So I’m posting this not as a recognition of the person who got a tattoo in reference to me, but as to me, who inspired that tattoo in the first place.
That doesn’t mean I do not recognize him for doing so. It means that I’m FINALLY realizing what an absolutely loving & hopeful gesture that was/is, & it has genuinely inspired me to seek myself out in a way that what are the absolute best for me, & why that matters.
And look 👆🏽!
I want this partner & prefer him over all, however, I have to stop fucking around with my life/future, ASAP, & get down to the nitty gritty in order to live the life I have imagined for myself, single, or partnered, MANY times over.
I have goals. I have a dream that is long term. I have thoughts and ideas of happiness, love, sharing, companionship, & strong, healthy bonds, that result in commitment. I understand it’s taboo to know who that plays out with, but currently? I DGAF, because in my heart, I know who it plays out with, & I want that, & I will not deny myself anymore from that.
That’s not codependency, it’s intuition, & I will NOT be shamed for having intuition.
I suppose that what I’m attempting to impart, is, that if you know who is right for you? Don’t deny yourself from that.
Don’t become a stalker. Let go, & let the universe guide you, just like that prism tattoo guided him to me.
Sometimes? Things are meant to fucking be. Deny or accept it.
What you do, is up to you.
Regardless of the result?
Get inspired.
The goal truly is to find yourself & work it all out.
