Extremely plain considering the owner's wealth. It looks like the upsized version of a suburban Mcmansion from any part of the country. The ticket booth outside the home cinema is the only sliver of weirdness/excess. Maybe he hates spending money.

Its not terrible as McMansions go, but as OP points out, all the pointless spaces like the basketball court etc just add maintenance without utility. I do like the indoor pool though
