That is awful. And black in Florida of all places, that place must get as hot as hell, you'd need to run the AC full blast all the time. The only things I like are the cabinet in the bathroom and the strangely ornate ceilings, but they do not belong or fit in this house whatsoever, they look completely out of place. They'd work in a period home... which this very much is not. All they do is serve to highlight just how hideous everything else is

I can’t believe they took such a beautiful house and RUINED it with black paint. Someone in love with the original decor needs to come in and restore it. Labor of love.

OH God, we spent a night in Melbourne years ago while on a Florida road trip along the Atlantic coast. The placed was still depressed from a hurricanes that passed by a few years prior. Ruined homes on the coastline, former homeowners in FEMA trailer parks inland, and a gloomy atmosphere overall. We stayed one night in a moldy motel room and got out of there.

I hate the black paint trend. For one thing, exterior black paint fades and looks tacky fast. Black paint shows dirt and dust inside or out. You don't find it in nature for the most part except for mold and volcanic rock. Not that dark colors can't be beautiful, like a starry night sky, but 100% black paint requires expert judicial design talent to be effective.

The catch R8, is that Palm Bay, FL is a drug infested shit hole.
