I don't know how those doggies and kitties turned out to be so friendly, with such a grumpy owner.
He didn't really seem to chat with the pizza guy. He just took his pizza, ran in the house, and closed the door.
I wonder if he lets the dogs and cats inside at night time, or are they outside pets?
In any case, they're very well socialized, despite the mean man in the house.

Those are the sweetest dogs ever.
Even the cats are friendly, and cats are never friendly!
They have the whole run of the property.
