Dubbed voices in movies and shows

It sounds like there are about 10 or so male voices and 10 or so female voices. They all sound so similar.

I can always pick out Paul Frees. They used his voice so much in dubbing but kids all recognized it from cartoons.

Why did they dub Sharon Tate in, "Eye Of The Devil"? She had a perfectly lovely voice.
